At Tyger by the Tail, we want you to be fierce and fearless in your fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Secure Your Package

  Place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
